HOW DO I USE RANGE POUCHES?

To use, open the can and insert a pouch between lip and gums before, during, or after training/competing. Avoid chewing or swallowing the pouch.

HOW DO THEY WORK?

Through the oral mucosa (moist lining in the mouth) electrolytes are absorbed by way of transcellular and paracellular transport. This process happens much quicker than digestion, resulting in a faster way to supplement electrolytes when needed.

WHAT IS BUCCAL ABSORPTION?

Buccal absorption is the process through which substances are absorbed into the blood stream through the mucous membranes in the mouth/cheeks. This results in bypassing the liver's first pass metabolism, increasing the speed in which the electrolytes are absorbed into the blood stream.
